Imperial Acapulco Fair
Acapulco´s main “fiesta” is celebrated from December to January and lasts almost 15 days. Concerts and cultural-traditional activities take place in this important celebration. Full of folklore and joy, this fair was created for promoting Acapulco´s beach through its gastronomy, cultural, and entertainment activities.
Mexican Open Tennis Tournament
Since 2001, Acapulco receives the best tennis players in the world, taking part in the ATP World Tour 500 series. This unique Latin-American event welcomes around 500 experts and spectators, hoping to see in these courts their favorite players.
“Jornadas” Alarconianas
With more than 20 years of tradition, this event in Taxco was created to honor the famous theater writer: Juan Ruiz de Alarcon. These “jornadas” basically consist of dance, literature, music, and theatre art expositions and conferences. Being this festival is ideal for learning more about Guerrero’s culture.
Silver National Fair
Usually celebrated in November, this event joins the best silver artisans in Taxco.
