Sumidero Canyon has walls that rise more than 1,300 m from the depth of the gorge, where the waters of the Grijalva River flow, which crosses the states of Chiapas and Tabasco and empties into the Gulf of Mexico. and abundant wildlife including cormorants, herons, vultures, giant iguanas, caimans, and spider monkeys.
During the tour, you will take a spectacular boat ride through the deepest part of the canyon, stopping at the most interesting places such as the Sea Horse Cave, the Cave of Colors and the Limestone Christmas Tree. Later you will visit several beautiful viewpoints of the canyon located at the top of the western slope.

Departure at 9:00 am from the hotel in San Cristóbal towards the Sumidero Canyon, being there a 2-hour tour of the Grijalva river is made, where you can see the walls of the canyon, the Christmas tree, crocodiles, birds and monkeys.
Once the tour is over, we continue to Chiapa de Corzo magical and colonial town to know the fountain, church from Santo Domingo and the portals, and finally, return to San Cristobal arriving at the hotel at 4:00 pm.
